Hi, I’m Tamati Samuels, a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach with a passion for helping people build strength, confidence, and long-term habits. I’ve always been drawn to health and fitness, and in 2020, I turned that passion into a career. Now, I help busy people like you train smarter, eat better, and achieve results that actually last.

I don’t just coach this lifestyle—I live it. Whether I’m strength training, prepping for Hyrox competitions, playing Rugby or running daily half-marathons for fun, I apply the same balanced, sustainable approach that I teach my clients. And just like you, I juggle fitness with real life—family, work, and everything in between.
